[edit] New Year's Rice Candy Festival

  • Spring 1
  • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Meadow

In this festival, all the islanders celebrate the new year by making Rice Candy! To begin the festival, talk to Taro. You help mix the batter, and then dig in to your creation. You happily eat one... then, an exclamation point appears above your head. You choked on it! Luckily, it passes, and Taro tells you not to gulp it down next time. You'll be given around 11 to 12 Rice Candies to take home.

[edit] Harvest Goddess Festival

  • Spring 8
  • After 6:00 PM

If you'd like to invite a bachelor(ette) to dance with you, you must have them at green heart or higher, and you must invite them the previous day (Spring 7). After you've done so, they'll ask for you to meet up with them on the day of the festival at a certain area around 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

[edit] Spring Harmony Festival

  • Spring 14

This festival is unique in the fact that it differs, depending on whether you chose to play as a girl or a boy. It closely mirrors Japan's White Day, as both take place during the 14th of a spring month, and both involve gift-giving. If you play as a girl, bachelors at Purple Heart or higher will come by your house to present you with cookies. If you play as a boy, you can give cookies to bachelorettes.

[edit] Girl (Chelsea)

The times at which bachelors will give you Cookies is listed below:

  • Elliot: 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM
  • Vaughn: 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM Note: He will only be able to participate in this festival is Spring 14 falls on a Monday or Tuesday)
  • Denny: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
  • Pierre: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  • Will: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • Shea: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Note: He will only be able to participate in this festival if you gave him a gift during the Winter Harmony Festival.
  • Mark: 10:00 PM to 1:00 PM

You will receive 1000 FP towards each bachelor that gave you a gift.

[edit] Boy (Mark)

You can give Cookies to the bachelorette of you choice. It is highly advised that you give some to all of them, as it raises her FP with you by 800. Remember that the bachelorette must be on "gift-receiving" terms with you; you must have talked to them a few consecutive days in a row beforehand.

[edit] Sheep Festival

  • Spring 19
  • Meadow
  • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

As the title says, a festival centered around sheep. Obviously, if you want to enter, you need at least one sheep. Said sheep must not be pregnant, and must have all of its wool. The previous day, Mirabelle will drop by and ask if you want to enter your sheep. If you don't have a sheep, she will just drop by to remind you of the festival. On the 19th, speak to Mirabelle to begin the judging. To win, make sure your sheep is at 8 hearts or higher!

The reward for winning is 1000 Animal Degree Points, and 700FP towards all the people that attended, as well as a Wonderful.

[edit] Horse Festival

  • Spring 24
  • Meadow
  • 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Similar to the Sheep Festival, the Horse Festival is centered around Horses. Unlike the Sheep Festival, this festival is more like a minigame. Try to practice the sled pulling game with your house as much as you can beforehand! To win, you must have reached the finish in under 16 seconds. To place second, finish in between 16 and 18 seconds. To place third, finish in between 18 and 20 seconds.

The reward for winning is the same as the reward for winning the Sheep Festival.

Another contest, this festival focuses on Spring Crops. On the previous day, Felicia will drop by to remind of the festival, and to tell you about the crop you need to enter. After Year 5, it will start with Year 1 again.
