[edit] Gasses in Mines

Like in Tree of Tranquility, in mining in Animal Parade there are certain gasses if you hit rocks. Certain gasses affect you in certain ways, i.e. orange gas makes it darker. Here is the list of gasses and their effects on your character.

Most gasses wear off once you drop down (or move up) into the mine, except some permanent ones like losing stamina, gaining stamina, and becoming sick/getting a cold.

  • Orange: The area around your character becomes dark and all you can view is a circle around your character. If you get hit by another gas, this gas will canceled out.
  • Purple: Your character moves in opposite or reverse direction, i.e. if you move your control stick up you go in a different direction (varies upon time).
  • Red: You will lose some stamina, between 20 and 50 stamina points.
  • Green: You will gain some stamina. Between 10% and 30%.
  • Yellow: You will get a cold and consume more stamina when using tools. To get better buy cold medicine at Dr. Jin's clinic. If you don't,you will remain sick the next day until you do.
  • Blue: You will power up and not consume any stamina when using tools.
  • White (Slow): You will slow down.
  • White (Fast): You will become faster.
