Festivals - Grand Bazaar
The festivals in every Harvest Moon game are always fun to watch, or even participate in! Harvest Moon: Welcome to the Wind Bazaar has it's own share of fun, interesting festivals. All the festivals are held in the town square.
 Spring Festivals
Flower Festival (Spring 8 to Spring 12)
A contest to celebrate the blooming flowers of spring! In this festival, your goal is to gift flowers to the villagers. Notable for lasting a couple days; you'll have plenty of time to give out flowers. The person that gives the most flowers away will win the contest, and as a reward, will have their friendship with the town's residents raised.
 Spring Thanksgiving (Spring 14)
The first romantic festival you can celebrate. In this festival, guys give Cookies to girls. The way you celebrate this festival differs according to your gender.
You can give Cookies to the bachelorette of your choice. It is highly advised that you give some to all of them, as it raises her FP with you.
The times at which bachelors will give you Cookies is listed below:
- Juris: 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- Dirka: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Royd: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Angelo: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Schmidt: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
If you gave them a baked good during the Winter Thanksgiving festival, they will give you Chocolate Cookies. If you didn't, they will give you regular Cookies.
 Tea Party (Spring 30)
The previous day, Mayor Felix will visit your house, inform you of the festival, and give you tea leaves. Use these to make tea for the festival. Remember that windmills are used to make tea. During the festival (after 12:00 PM) give the tea you made to Felix. The reward for doing so is raising the townpeople's friendship with you. Afterwards, you'll have to get your own ingredients to make tea, as Felix won't give you tea leaves anymore. The dessert you receive after the festival depends on how many stars your tea has.
 Summer Festivals
 Animal Festival (Summer 15)
A contest with... well, animals! This contest is in the form of a mini game. To play, wait for the race to start, then mash the A button at a fast pace. Don't overdue it, or your animal will tire out! To increase your chances of winning, make sure your animal has high hearts. Each year, the race will have a different theme. The yearly themes are:
- Year 1: Cow
- Year 2: Chicken
- Year 3: Sheep
- Goes back to Year 1's theme after Year 3.
The prize for winning is either Orchalcon, Mistril or Admantite, and increased friendship with the townspeople.
