MONSTERS
Monsters come in a variety of colors, shapes, sizes, and abilities. As you battle your way through the caves you will meet many of these. Though at first the creatures will be purely enemies, you do have the choice to instead befriend some that may help you work on your farm!

To do so, you need a Friendship Glove from Tabatha. She'll give you one after you build your first Monster Hut from Camus (for 1000G and 100 wood). To befriend an animal, equip the glove and continually use it next to a monster. Remember, they can still attack you at this time so you should probably have a decent amount of health. You can also try dodging the attacks while continuing to use the glove.

Once you befriend an animal, the naming screen will appear, and after that your new "pet" will be in the hut on your farm. You'll also need to feed your monster Fodder to keep it happy. You can either grow it by buying seeds or buy it from Neumann.

Harvesting Monsters

more details 		A few monsters that you can befriend will be able to help harvest crops in your farm. This means that they will gather ripe crops and ship them for you. However, they cannot take care of crops that you grow in caves.

Riding Monsters

more details 		If you want to take out a Riding monster, you'll have to ask it to accompany you out of its barn. To ride on its back, turn to the creature when you're outside together and press the A button. You'll then be prompted to hop on. Press A again to jump off the creature's back. This does not make you immune to attacks in the caves.

Watering Monsters

more details 		Like the harvesting monsters, the following creatures are able to work on your farm. They will water the tilled squares on your farmland, which is very helpful. Remember, they won't water anything inside of a cave.
